Vision:

To improve the quality of life through the elimination of substandard housing and the revitalization of target neighborhoods.

Mission:

To promote and provide access to fit and affordable housing and to build family assets for financial independence for all citizens of low to moderate income.

Activities:

NeighborWorks® Columbus is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that accomplishes its mission through:

• housing production;
• homebuyer education and counseling;
• technical assistance;
• capacity building;
• mortgage lending; and,
• target neighborhood revitalization in our Georgia and Alabama communities
