The mortgage department at NeighborWorks® Columbus is a part of the NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center.

We offer low interest rate loans and affordable down payment assistance programs, plus affordable second-mortgage financing. We offer various types of mortgage loans including VA, FHA and conventional loans.

Alabama Residents
 
At the Opelika Homeownership Center we help families become homeowners. NeighborWorks® Columbus' Opelika Homeownership Center is a non-profit organization. Our services will prepare our clients for home ownership. We offer down payment assistance through a partnership with the City of Opelika Community Development Department, credit rebuilding, homebuyers education and counseling. These programs are available city wide to Low-Moderate Income first-time home buyers. Grants up to $6,000 per participant will be provided by the City of Opelika for down payment assistance only for those who qualify. Our job is to help you become a homeowner.
